The last will and testament off OLIVER HEWITT off Rockcliffe,m,being sick in bodie butt off perfect rememberence of minde the thirteenth day off August the yeahe off one thousand sixteen hundred and twelve,in the presense off ISOBELL JACKSON wiffe to RALPHE JACKSON,JONNET RAWLLING wiffe to WILLIAM RAWLLING,JONNOT BLACKLOKE wiffe to GEORGE BLACKLOKE as followeth.

Imperunis I give and bequeathe my soulle to Almighty God my maker and redeemer then my bodie to be burried within the churchyard of Rockcliffe,my funeral expenses and discharged and satisfied.

Item;I leave and bequeathe to my brother ARTHOUR HEWITT my land and tenament if he bequests the oflmons ? off my land ye aforesaid,and to sette fourth a reasonable porcionn to ANNAS HEWITT my daughter for her goodness I was loathe to have it going out of the family

Item;I leave and bequeathe to my brother ARTHOUR HEWITT my aparrell except one pair off grey breaches and one pair of whitt understokes which I leave and beqeathe to EDMUND URWING and one pair off understokes to JOHN CARTTARETT.
